Lyn D. Powers
Lyn, a native of Ashland, KY, received her Bachelor of Arts from Bellarmine College in 1995. In 1998, she received her law degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law. She is admitted to practice in Kentucky, Indiana, as well as the Federal District Courts of the Western District of Kentucky, Northern District of Indiana and Southern District of Indiana. She is a member of the Kentucky and Indiana Bar Associations and is listed on the Indiana Roll of Attorneys.
Lyn has been recognized by Best Lawyers since 2013. She has had the opportunity to speak at the KBA Workers’ Compensation Law Section Mid-Winter Meeting & CLE Seminar on several occasions. She and her husband, James, live in Southern Indiana with their two sons.
Lyn, a former runner, completed two Chicago marathons and several half-marathons. Her current hobbies include reading historical fiction and home renovation projects.
