Tom has over twenty years of experience in workers’ compensation  and federal black lung law. He graduated from Spring Arbor College, magna cum laude in 1992, with a degree in psychology.  After working in health care management, he obtained a law degree from University of Kentucky in 2002. Tom is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association and is  admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, for the Western District of Kentucky, Eastern District of Kentucky, and the U.S. 6th Circuit Court of Appeals. A former Marine, Tom enjoys running, hiking, and spending time with his family in his spare time.
